If you have followed me for a while, you might have realized I always had a sweet tooth, sweet food is needed on a daily basis, so why not food with natural sugar?
But I am sure I am not alone, right? That is why I am constantly creating refined sugar-free sweet recipes by bringing the sweetest and natural food to treat myself in a good.
Also, I suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowl System) and large amounts of dairy don’t always make me feel good, that’s why sometimes I add some natural flavour dairy-free yoghurts to my diet, The Coconut Collaborative, where the main ingredient is coconut milk and coconut water so the taste is super sweet but natural sugar, dairy-free and it is also thick and creamy.

So here a few simple recipes – easy and quick to do once you wake up! or as a dessert or snack.
Recipe 1 – Bowl
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Fruits, I added 1 kiwi and 4 strawberries
- 200g Natural Yogurt The Coconut Collaborative
- Nuts, some macadamia and pecan nuts
- 1 little choco pots The Coconut Collaborative
Note: Amounts, up to you.
Recipe 2 – Biscuits sandwich
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- 2 biscuits
- 1 tbsp Natural Yogurt The Coconut Collaborative for each 2 biscuits
Recipe 3 – Add yoghurt to your pastries; croissants, pancakes, etc.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- 1 Croissant
- 3 tbsp Natural Yogurt The Coconut Collaborative for every 2 biscuits.
- Nuts and fruits, your choice of type and amount.
HOW TO MAKE IT?
As simple as adding the Natural Yogurt The Coconut Collaborative to your favourite pastries, like croissants or pancakes, also creating your favouring yoghurt bowl, or creating that delicious biscuit sandwich!
