Benefits of this Cacao egg?

  • It is Cocoa so nothing to do with chocolate!
  • Not an addictive flavour because it contains the best organic sugar and no milk chocolate at all!
  • High protein content to make you feel fuller and satisfied for longer.
  • Although I ate it almost in one go! only with half egg, you will feel your sugar cravings are satisfied and that is what matters, right?

HOW TO MAKE IT?

  1. Fill up a bowl with water until barely covering the porridge and heat it up in the microwave for about 2 minutes at medium / maximum power. The water should evaporate and leave the porridge smoother and soft, edible, so not dry.
  2. Add 250ml of Alpro Almond Dark Chocolate (It may be too liquid but by adding the other ingredients, the milk will be consumed and if you like a more liquid breakfast, you might add even more milk but just bear in mind, more than 250ml should not be taken as that’s the recommended amount for one serving at a time.)
  3. Add the 1tbsp of chia and mix it with the porridge and milk.
  4. Finally add the banana, goats cheese in small pieces and organic black sesame.
  5. If you have cocoa, you can add very small pieces (I just grind the chocolate with a knife, so I get slim slices than I can taste but not feel I’m eating cocoa, so it’s something to avoid the sugar cravings! Although it’s better to add a few small pieces of cocoa to your breakfast and enjoy! How much? I added around 100g but I would say go for the recommended “dose” which is approximately 30g to 60g/day (roughly 1 to 2 ounces), more than enough to satisfy your sweet appetite.)

Ready to prove yourself you can fight against sugar cravings? Give it a try and feel proud of yourself! 🙂
