Spring Flower Breakfast

A wholesome, nutritious version of those sugar-filled breakfasts for this flower power season.

By making your own sweet breakfast you know exactly what is in it so you can nourish your body from the inside out, while having fun creating your own flower which you will be enjoying afterwards 🙂

HOW TO MAKE IT?

Start adding the yogurt on a deep plate or a bowl and keep adding the other ingredients.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 1 yogurt. Better if it is plain flavor, as you will start adding different toppings. For example, I made a strawberry flavored yogurt by adding 1 handful of wild berries.
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • The daily nuts portion; 25g, 20 nuts. 10 almonds and 10 dry green soya beans.
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
