Spanish breakfast

Who likes or can spend lots of time cooking a breakfast? the reality we all are BUSY – that’s the S.XXI word famous 😀 so I try to do all my breakfasts are quick and without cooking, only preparing fresh and nutritional ingredients.

Here goes my creation for this morning breakfast in my house in Spain.

 

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

WRAP:

  • Russian salad. It simply a mix of veggies (cut in mini pieces) with mayonnaise.
  • Cherries tomatoes

TOAST:

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Hummus with olives
  • Seeds – pinions & Pumpkin seeds
  • Nuts – pistachios

TAPAS:

  • Iberian ham
  • Cured cheese

FRUIT:

  • Half kiwi
  • Half Paraguayan

NATURAL JUICE:

You can add 2 natural orange juices or a glass of water and natural lemon or whatever you feel like 🙂

HOW TO MAKE IT?

Well… you only need the ingredients and… done!

WRAP: I used a mini wrap, I heated it up about 8 seconds in the microwave and I added Russian salad plus a few cherries.

RUSSIAN SALAD: Cut mini veggies and mix them with mayonnaise. Some of the veggies are: olives, crab sticks, sweet corn, artichokes, small green beans, peas, asparagus, etc… you can be as creative as you like!

TOAST: I used a piece of a bagget bread, I toasted and I add 1 tbsp of olive oil first, then hummus with olives and seeds and nuts as toppings, you can add any other kind of seeds or nuts or even not at all, the hummus is so delicious by itself…

This time I did not add lemon! incredible 😀 but if you die for lemon like me, go ahead 😉

TAPAS: Cured cheese that comes directly sliced and 5J Iberian ham (the best one!) The most expensive as well – 80 gr is about 28€ but it is worth 🙂

LIQUID: I usually love to do my natural orange juice. squeeze 2 oranges and mmm

This is just an idea of a nutritional breakfast, but you can create your own style breakfast, substitute pistachios for any other nuts, etc.
