HONEYMOON TRIP – Bordeaux, France

Since we choose our destination based on the weather and food, and we are cheese lovers… France was chosen as the next Honeymoon trip and in particular Bordeaux, in the southwest of France.

France is known for its delicious food so of course, we had to try the typical sweet in Bordeaux, called Canelé and also the French cuisine in Bordeaux and even I don’t think alcohol much, we also tried some red and white win. I must say the flavor was similar to apple juice, so good!

PLACES TO VISIT, and not so typical ones too :p

We stayed in Bordeaux, a cute old town in southwest France.

Below I show you the sightseeing in Bordeaux:

You can explore the very best of Bordeaux with Visit Bordeaux & @visitbordeaux

PLACES TO EAT, from Michelin restaurants to more affordable restaurants

– The best fine dining food at Wellman in Bordeaux @radissonblubordeaux

– The most delish & beautiful Nomad Restaurant, @nomad_bordeaux

– The best meat at Boucherie Bredoise @boucherie_bredoise

– Heiko Pokés Bowls, @heiko.france I adore these bowls, fresh food, with a lot of fish options and clean eating food, no proceed food in. I do not like to add sauces to my food, only lemon, and olive oil so this option is handy and perfect for me. We enjoy these bowls for dinner in the hotel room @ibishotels

As you can see in the pictures, on one side you could the sea and on the side something similar to the Amazonas…

🤩 Luxury view for your eyes, honestly!

This place had beautiful starfish,

When I was a child my mum told me not to take the starfish out of the water so I never touched them with my hands. I am aware that on average, they can hold their breath for a max 5min, some of them no more than 30 seconds! So I appreciated them as quickly as possible as a child’s dream 🧒 and put them back in the ocean.

We need to consider this because as well as other marine animals, they were not made to become Instagram artists. They have their own functions in their environments.

We met lovely ladies we spent the whole day with 🙌🏽 Santa & Oana and we ended up enjoying fine dining with them!

We also met these lovely women from Valencia! we had a fabulous night with them enjoying rose and white wine because Bordeaux is famous for its fantastic wine!

On the last day, we met two lovely guys in an ice cream shop! a Mexican lovely guy called José @soto.palafox,

I was amazed by his style! but of course, I could understand bearing in mind he is the Creator of @sotofox.designs and… the fabulous photographer Bruno @bruno_rp another artist @brunophotography.ie so for sure the perfect duo for trips!
