Crunchy Lettuce Snack or Starter

Who am I to tell you when to eat this?

You might add a lettuce to your breakfast, a starter in your lunch, a snack during your day or a few lettuces in your dinner!

The possibilities for eating these nutritious lettuces are endless 🙂

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • A few slices of lettuce
  • Feta cheese
  • Chickpeas
  • Raisins
  • Seaweeds
  • Red peppers pâté
  • Sesame seeds
  • Lemon or 1 tbsp of olive oil

HOW TO MAKE IT?

It is impossible to be easier… Let’s go!

Boil the chickpeas and raisins. The chickpeas need longer cooking time, so you can cook first the chickpeas and when they are almost done, add the raisins.

Small pieces of feta cheese. I know it is difficult not to eat while preparing but try to control yourself 😀 better to put everything in the plate to control your portions.

Wash the lettuces very well.

Once all ingredients are ready, start adding the red peppers pâté and all other ingredients, around 1 tbsp each and add the topping with sesame seeds.

I love dressing all my meals and snacks with lemon, this is up to you!

Although if you want to have a healthier lifestyle, avoid sauces like mayonnaise 😉
