Porridge can be enjoyable with savory food too!
This recipe was created over the weekends, after waking up later than normal and I felt I missed my porridge which I usually prepare in the mornings. But it was almost lunch time so my mouth was asking me for something savory at the same time so … Porridge with savory food, here you go!
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- 60g porridge – cooked with water
- 4 tbps corn
- 4 tbps steamed rice
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 8 slices of Iberian ham
- 1 tbsp chia
- 50g pistachios
HOW TO MAKE IT?
- Mix the two cooked ingredients here, rice with porridge
- Add corn, pistachios and chia and mix them along
- Place Iberian ham over the rye bread
- Add the mix over the rye bread
