Porridge with savory food

Porridge can be enjoyable with savory food too!

This recipe was created over the weekends, after waking up later than normal and I felt I missed my porridge which I usually prepare in the mornings. But it was almost lunch time so my mouth was asking me for something savory at the same time so … Porridge with savory food, here you go!

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 60g porridge – cooked with water
  • 4 tbps corn
  • 4 tbps steamed rice
  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 8 slices of Iberian ham
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • 50g pistachios

HOW TO MAKE IT?

  1. Mix the two cooked ingredients here, rice with porridge
  2. Add corn, pistachios and chia and mix them along
  3. Place Iberian ham over the rye bread
  4. Add the mix over the rye bread
