NO NO NO I do weights once a month (maximum) and because after studying HEALTH Science, PT & Personal Trainer, lifting weights has many benefits for your tissue skeleton and muscles but what if I tell you… You can be fit, strong & lean without?
Maybe you don’t feel like going to the gym (smth that you can actually skip) but what about food? you need to eat every day right? Start from there… getting knowledge slowly and find what works for you, for your lifestyle. It is not easy and you might need a specialist.
Exercise will come later and definitely you don’t need a machine to get results, either internally (feeling fit) or externally (oh gosh this is me! in front of the mirror) A good nutrition is essential to start moving your ass😄🤙😄🤙😄🤙😄🤙
I quit sugar and obviously, my mind keeps asking me for processed sugar every fucking day. It is reaaally hard… really!! So fruit satisfies me somehow. In winter it is even harder because Nobody really feels like eating fresh fruits as much as in summer, even more here in Ireland when it is raining 80% days😅… but Still in the challenge to have my 1st Christmas without SUGAR!!! I don’t wanna think about it! just pass it the better and I can and looking forward to ccelebrating my 1st year without processed sugarrrrrrrrr.
