One of the meals I am enjoying the most are the ready made pizza bases Pizzas da Piero, because they are very digestible when eaten, super quick to do – after 3-5min in the oven… they are ready 🙂 and I can add any kind of topping!

My favourite ingredients are Iberian ham – always! I’m Spanish after all 😀 with melted cheese and spinach! I also added some olives here based on a mediterranean diet. A rainbow of ingredients that make not just a beautiful meal but also a nutritious one 🥰

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • A Pizza da Piero pizza base

Any ingredients you wish!

I used the following ones:

  • Spinach
  • Mix cheese
  • Iberian ham
  • Baby corn
  • Black Olives

Also tomato sauce

Add the tomato sauce, followed by the ingredients you wish! isn’t that amazing? 🙂
NOTE: These pizza bases only take 3-5 minutes to cook so any vegetables should be cooked before you put them on the pizza – not fully cooked, but cooked is ideal.
